FINNISH SAUNAS
Finnish sauna is a dry sauna. That means that the humidity level is low during the sauna session, while the ideal temperature is around 90 degrees Celsius (depending on your settings and preferences). Warming up the body above the normal body temperature has an extremely pleasant and relaxing effect. The sauna relaxes your muscles and relieves stress in an ideal way. Your body releases substances that bring relief, such as endorphins, into the blood during the sauna session. There is no recommended time for how long you should take a sauna. The golden rule applies here - you have to listen to your own body, which will tell you when it's enough and you need to go out. This usually happens after about 15 minutes - depending on the air temperature and individual feelings. After using the sauna, cool down your body in the cold air, but most ideally by dropping the body temperature sharply using a shower or in a cold tub.
COMBINED SAUNAS
A combined sauna is a combination of a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna in one device. You do not have to invest in two separate devices, and at the same time you only need to have a smaller space available comparing to a separate Finnish sauna and a separate infrared sauna. We will elegantly build the rear infrared heaters into the sauna wall and "hide" the front infrared heaters in the sauna ceiling. Therefore, they will not hinder you in any way when using the Finnish sauna function. And if you decide to use the sauna as an infrared sauna, you can simply and elegantly fold the front infra panels out of the ceiling...

"LEVITATING" BENCH WITHOUT LEG
We can make a sauna for you on request with a "levitating" bench without any visible legs so that the exclusive - clean design of the sauna is not disturbed in any way.
RGB LED or SAUNA DECO LIGHTS
Relaxation during a sauna session is closely linked to pleasant lighting, that is not distracting, but creates a perfect atmosphere of relaxation. We can equip your sauna with LED lights in warm white color, or multi-colored RGB LED, where you can choose your favorite color. Also we can use the point lights - optical fibers "Sauna Deco Lights". They will illuminate the interior of the sauna very discreetly.
SAUNAS "WITH A HIDDEN STOVE"
For saunas of smaller dimensions, where it is necessary to utilize the internal space to the maximum, we offer a solution "with a hidden stove". This is a special version of the sauna with the use of a stove, which is fully integrated under the benches. It does not take up any usable space, thanks to which you will be able to use the entire sauna space for maximum people capacity. And yes, you can still pour water over such a stove. The mentioned solution is sometimes preferred even in larger saunas due to extra safety for smaller children.
BIO SAUNAS
A BIO sauna is essentially a combination of a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna. The fundamental difference is the fact that you heat the BIO sauna to a significantly lower temperature of 50-60 degrees Celsius, but with a higher air humidity of approx. 30-60%. Thanks to the high humidity, the BIO sauna can be described as a milder steam sauna. It is suitable for cardiac patients and helps to heal the upper respiratory tract.
EXCLUSIVE OUTDOOR SAUNAS
We have experience in building sauna houses. Compared to an indoor sauna, this is a significantly higher investment that will return to you in the form of unique experiences.
DESIGN "BLACK PAINTED GLASS"
This is an exclusive design version of saunas, where the front wall (or side wall) of the sauna is completely glazed, including covering the structural walls of the sauna with glass. The edges of the glass are made in black, or you can also choose a white version. Such glazing can continue up to the ceiling of the room, making it possible to achieve an absolutely clean, modern and luxurious design with full integration of the sauna into the space.
INFRA SAUNAS
An infrared sauna (sometimes also called an infrared cabin) can heat up your body using infrared heaters by emitting infrared rays that warm your skin. They can even penetrate deep into muscle tissues and overheat them. Everything happens quite naturally, the muscles relax and calm down, the body is not stressed in any way. A high-quality infrared sauna has energy set so that it is as close as possible to the energy naturally emitted by your body. You will begin to sweat intensively already at an ambient temperature of around 50 degrees Celsius. Since 80% - 90% of the radiated heat is absorbed by your body, only the rest of the heat gets into the sauna air, so you will breathe very comfortably in the sauna. The ideal sauna time is around 30 minutes. After the sauna, it is advisable to take a shower with lukewarm or slightly warm water. If you already have an idea, where you would like to place the sauna, please send us a simple drawing with measurements of that area. Any picture of that place also will be very helpful.
STEP no.2 : As soon as we know what space you have available, we will prepare and send you (FOR FREE) an initial proposal, a sketch and a price offer. Also we are happy to visit you for initial presonal consultation if you would like to.
STEP no.3 : We can discuss the initial proposal together and will further modify it (if needed), until you are completely satisfied.
STEP no.4 : As soon as you confirm your interest in DELUXE SAUNA, we will be happy to visit you in person with a Finnish designer - specialist at your place. We will go over all the necessary details together, measure and check the place and explain, how to do the correct pre-installation preparation... we will simply fine-tune all the necessary details to your maximum satisfaction.
