Principles of personal data processing

1. ONLY EXCLUSIVE s.r.o., Zámocká 10, 811 01 Bratislava - Staré Mesto district, ID: 45925381, VAT ID: 2023141175, VAT ID: SK2023141175, company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, in section Ltd., company no. 68729/B (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), processes personal data of visitors or customers of these websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Individual concerned") in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection as amended.

2. The operator does not provide the personal data of the affected person to a third party, except for the selected transport company that ensures the delivery of goods or services, or to state authorities in the event of an inspection, or to an intermediary, such as a provider of services consisting in ensuring the proper operation of these websites and accounting software, in which may come into contact with personal data, the provider of accounting services during the accounting of the Operator's tax documents or the provider of delivery services

3. The operator is obliged to secure personal data before making them available to unauthorized persons, by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures. Also, all employees of the operator are obliged to observe confidentiality in relation to personal data.

4. The person concerned has the rights defined in accordance with section § 19 et seq. Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended, specifically:
a) the right to information, which is fulfilled by this content and business conditions,
b) the right to request access to personal data concerning the person concerned - § 21 of the Act consists in your right to request in what way and for what purposes your data is processed, while you can address this request to the contact e-mail.
c) the right to correct personal data - § 22 of the Act allows you to correct personal data if they are out of date,
d) the right to delete personal data - § 23 of the Act, you can use it if you are not interested in the operator continuing to process personal data,
e) the right to limit the processing of personal data - § 24 of the Act you will apply if you believe that personal data has been processed in violation of the law,
f) the right to object to the processing of personal data - § 27 of the Act,
g) the right to portability of personal data,
h) the right to submit an initiative to the supervisory authority in relation to the processed personal data.

5. The Operator obtains the following personal data from the Affected Person in the case of an order or filling out and sending a contact form via these websites: title, first name, last name, address, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, or other information voluntarily provided by the person concerned. These data are processed by the Operator for the purpose of sending catalogs for the offered products, price lists for the offered products, more detailed information about the offered products, communication regarding the offered products and services, including correct handling of the request or order of the Affected Person. These personal data in the case of a product order are stored for the duration of the statutory obligations of the Operator resulting from generally binding legal regulations, the Act on Accounting and VAT, and in certain statutory obligations also for a period of at least 10 years. As part of the processing of the order, personal data is processed for the purpose of issuing invoices, issuing warehouse (delivery) notes, securing transport as well as accounting and thereby providing information to state authorities. In other cases, voluntarily provided data of the concerned person will be kept for the duration of mutual communication in the matter and answering of all questions related to the offered goods and services, i.e. for the duration of the purpose of their processing.

6. The affected person can revoke his consent at any time by sending a Revocation with the processing of personal data. Unsubscribing is possible by sending a request to the e-mail address info@deluxesauna.eu
